Junior golfers play too much and don’t rest enough. Are you making this crucial error in your desire to be a great golfer?
Right now my jr golfers are taking a month off from golf. We are working on our fitness together, and they are out doing other activities! This is what the off season is for!
YOU MUST take time off your sport or you and your body faces burn out, injury and the creation of bad habits.
Remember this, an undertrained athlete will beat an overtrained athlete, most of the time!
So take some rest time to allow your brain, body, emotions and game to just “chill” and heal up and get ready for next season!
